  1. Pricing
    • Prices quoted on our website are charged on a per person basis and do not include tips, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals, accommodation, or other personal expenses unless otherwise mentioned.
    • Published rates may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.
  2. Methods of Payment:
    • We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Diners.
    • Full payment must be made by credit card, and guests are required to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction.
  3. Confirmation of Payment:
    • Once payment is made, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by email. This can be used as evidence of payment to redeem your tour package. Please ensure that you provide correct information at the time of booking.
  4. Cancellation & No Show Policy:
    • Cancellation policies vary for each tour/activity/hotel. Please review the cancellation policy of your specific tour before booking.
    • Combo tours can be cancelled, but cancelling any single tour within a combo may result in forfeiture of the combo offer.
    • Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once payment is made.
    • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or unused tickets/services. Rescheduling may not be allowed for confirmed tours or transfers.
  5. Cancellation Procedures:
    • To cancel all or part of your reservation, notify us in writing. We will confirm the cancellation and any applicable fees via email, fax, or telephone.
  6. Itinerary Amendments:
    • Itineraries are subject to change based on local/weather conditions, airline schedules, and other factors. We reserve the right to make minor amendments without reimbursement
  7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in/Check-out Policy:
    • We will make every effort to provide accommodation in your preferred hotel. Check-in/check-out policies vary by hotel and are subject to the hotel’s schedule.
  8. Travel Insurance:
    • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover accidents, illnesses, injuries, loss of baggage, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen events.
  9. Travel Documents:
    • Guests are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary documents for travel, including passports and visas. No refunds will be provided for lost or missing documents.
  10. Website Usage Restrictions:
    • All content on our website is proprietary and may not be used for commercial or non-personal purposes without permission.
  11. Delivery & Shipping Policy:
    • Applicable as per the website products/services. We do not provide services/products to any OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with UAE law.
  12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
    • Any disputes arising from this website shall be governed by UAE laws.
